Book
We wrote and made all the food for this book for Send a Cow alongside Cow PR
Charity Send a Cow helps families in Africa break free from poverty. In 2014 it launched ‘The Break… Fast Appeal’: a campaign to raise awareness of the importance of breakfast in providing children in Africa with the energy to concentrate at school, get a good education, achieve their true potential and break free from poverty.
The Break… Fast Appeal’s fundraising target was £500,000, with every £1 raised matched by the UK Government – making the actual target £1,000,000. With the help of this book they achieved this 2 weeks ahead of their deadline

Arla campaign
Welcome to the Museum of Breakfast, an edible exhibition of morning meals from the past 600 years, to show Brits not only how important the first meal of the day is but also how it has evolved over time. Gizzi’s recipe were featured as the modern day breakfast, which people could enjoy in the Museum Cafe after working their way through the chronological journey of breakfast history.
We made all the food for the edible museum and cooked for all the guests over three days who came to try Gizzi Erskines Arla based breakfast ideas

RUN FOR YOUR BUN
This was the first ever cafe where customers paid for their meals with exercise.
Customers simply had to book a ticket, head on down with their workout gear and hungry tummies, order one of the five delicious dishes on the menu and then ‘pay’ for their lunch with a simple, yet effective 6-minute HIIT workout. Once completed, they refuelled with their chosen lunch item, which we provided!
