SHEBA ANVARI
Since graduating from the prestigious Leiths School of Food and Wine in London in 2008 Sheba has been busy cooking for Hollywood stars, Michelin restaurants and glossy leading publications.
She draws on a wealth of knowledge of many different cuisines (Persian is a particular heritage favourite) and experience from working in a rich variety of settings.
lauren hollingworth-swan
Lauren has been working the London Hospitality scene for over a decade. She joined the Local Sauce kitchen team in 2018 and is the queen of crepes, hummus and other beige beauties.
MACY ABBOTT
Macy has been working in the kitchen team for over a year and is the most enthusiastic member of Local Sauce. You will often hear her exclaim “this is my favourite job - I love it” - whether its peeling eggs, or chopping onions.
